帳號與個人資料 · Account & Profile

當你註冊與使用 drift 時，我們會收集：電子郵件地址、你設定的暱稱（匿名代號）、年齡、個人簡介、以及你選擇上傳的頭像照片。

When you sign up and use drift, we collect: your email address, the display name (anonymous pseudonym) you choose, age, bio, and any avatar photo you choose to upload.

你發布的內容 · Content You Post

你在 drift 發布的照片、貼文文字、「Now」即時狀態（包含你分享的音樂、地點或短句），以及你在對話中傳送的訊息。

Photos, post text, ephemeral "Now" statuses (including music, place, or short notes you share), and messages you send in conversations.

敏感個人資料（選填）· Sensitive Data (Optional)

你可以「選擇性地」提供性別與性向，以及透過品味測驗產生的偏好資料（taste vector）。這些資料完全由你決定是否提供，你可以選擇「不透露」。其中，性別會依你的選擇顯示於你的個人頁面；性向則永遠不會向其他使用者揭露（詳見第 4 節）。

You may optionally provide your gender and sexual orientation, and preference data generated from a taste quiz (taste vector). Providing this is entirely your choice — you may select "prefer not to say". Your gender, if provided, is displayed on your profile according to your choice; your sexual orientation is never revealed to other users (see Section 4).

位置資料 · Location Data

在你授權的情況下，我們會取得你的裝置位置，用以判斷你所在的城市、顯示附近的內容，以及計算你與其他內容的概略距離。

With your permission, we access your device location to determine your city, show nearby content, and calculate approximate distances to other content.

自動收集的技術資料 · Technical Data

為維持服務運作與安全，我們可能收集基本的技術資訊，例如裝置類型、作業系統版本、以及應用程式的當機與錯誤紀錄。

To keep the service running and secure, we may collect basic technical information such as device type, OS version, and app crash/error logs.

2. 資料的使用方式2. How We Use Your Data

• 提供並維持 drift 的核心功能（發布內容、配對、對話）。
  To provide and maintain drift's core features (posting, matching, conversations).
• 根據你的位置顯示同城市或附近的內容與使用者。
  To show content and users in your city or nearby based on your location.
• 運用你選填的性別、性向與品味資料，幫助你遇到更合適的人（其中性向與品味資料不會公開顯示；性別依你的選擇顯示於個人頁面）。
  To help you meet more compatible people using your optional gender, orientation, and taste data (orientation and taste data are never shown publicly; gender is displayed on your profile according to your choice).
• 維護社群安全：處理檢舉、封鎖、自動隱藏違規內容、停用違規帳號。
  To keep the community safe: handling reports, blocks, auto-hiding violating content, and suspending abusive accounts.
• 改善與最佳化應用程式的體驗與穩定性。
  To improve and optimize the app's experience and stability.

3. 位置資訊3. Location Information

你可以隨時在裝置的系統設定中關閉位置權限，但部分依賴位置的功能（如附近內容、距離顯示）將無法使用。

You can revoke location permission anytime in your device settings, though some location-dependent features (nearby content, distance display) will not work.

4. 敏感資料4. Sensitive Data

我們理解性別與性向屬於高度敏感的個人資料。因此，兩者的提供完全為選填，且均儲存於受嚴格存取控制保護的獨立資料表中。其中規範如下：

• 性向：只有你本人能讀取自己的性向資料，其他使用者無法透過任何方式查看。性向僅用於改善推薦，永遠不會公開顯示。
  Sexual orientation: only you can read your own orientation data — no other user can access it by any means. It is used solely to improve recommendations and is never displayed publicly.
• 性別：依你的選擇顯示於你的個人頁面。系統僅向其他使用者揭露性別本身，不會連帶揭露性向或其他敏感欄位；你可以隨時在個人資料設定中變更。
  Gender: displayed on your profile according to your choice. Only the gender value itself is disclosed to other users — never your orientation or other sensitive fields — and you can change this anytime in your profile settings.

We recognize that gender and sexual orientation are highly sensitive. Providing either is entirely optional, and both are stored in a separate, strictly access-controlled table, governed by the rules above.

5. 資料分享5. Data Sharing

我們不會出售你的個人資料，也不會為了廣告目的將其分享給任何第三方。

We do not sell your personal data, nor share it with any third party for advertising purposes.

我們僅與維持 drift 運作所必需的服務供應商分享必要的資料：

We only share necessary data with service providers essential to operating drift:

• Supabase：提供資料庫、身分驗證與檔案儲存服務，用以儲存你的帳號與內容資料。
  Supabase — provides database, authentication, and file storage for your account and content.
• Resend：用於寄送帳號驗證與服務相關郵件，你的 email 地址會傳送至 Resend 以完成寄送。
  Resend — used to send account verification and service-related emails; your email address is transmitted to Resend to complete delivery.
• Apple（iTunes Search API）：當你搜尋要分享的音樂時，你的搜尋關鍵字會傳送至 Apple 的音樂搜尋服務以取得歌曲與專輯封面。
  Apple (iTunes Search API) — when you search for music to share, your search terms are sent to Apple's music search service to retrieve songs and album art.
• Google（Places API）：當你在「Now」狀態中選擇加入地點時，你的裝置座標會經由我們的伺服器傳送至 Google 的地點搜尋服務，以取得附近的地點名稱清單。此請求僅在你主動開啟地點選擇功能時發生；我們僅儲存你最終選擇的地點「名稱」，不會儲存該次查詢的座標。
  Google (Places API) — when you choose to add a place to your "Now" status, your device coordinates are sent via our server to Google's place search service to retrieve a list of nearby place names. This happens only when you actively open the place picker; we store only the place name you finally select, never the coordinates of that query.
• Apple / TestFlight：於測試階段提供應用程式散布與當機分析。
  Apple / TestFlight — provides app distribution and crash analytics during testing.

此外，若法律要求，或為保護使用者與大眾的安全與權利，我們可能依法揭露必要的資料。

Additionally, we may disclose data as required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of users and the public.

6. 資料保存與刪除6. Data Retention & Deletion

我們保存你的資料的期間，以提供服務所需為限。部分內容具有暫時性：例如「Now」即時狀態會在發布一小時後自動且永久刪除。

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service. Some content is ephemeral: for example, "Now" statuses are automatically and permanently deleted one hour after posting.

7. 資料安全7. Data Security

我們採取合理的技術與組織措施保護你的資料，包括傳輸加密（HTTPS）、資料列層級的存取控制（Row Level Security），以及對敏感資料的隔離儲存。然而，沒有任何網路傳輸或電子儲存方式能保證百分之百的安全。

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), row-level access controls, and isolated storage of sensitive data. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. 你的權利8. Your Rights

依據適用的資料保護法規（包括台灣《個人資料保護法》及其他適用的國際規範），你有權：查詢與存取我們持有的你的個人資料；請求更正不正確的資料；請求刪除你的資料；撤回你先前給予的同意；以及對特定的資料處理提出異議。

Under applicable data protection laws (including Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable international frameworks), you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent you previously gave; and object to certain processing.

你可以透過應用程式內的功能直接行使多數權利（如編輯個人資料、刪除帳號），或透過下方聯絡方式與我們聯繫。

9. 未成年人9. Minors

drift 僅供年滿 18 歲的使用者使用。我們不會在知情的情況下收集未滿 18 歲人士的個人資料。若我們得知已收集此類資料，將盡快刪除。

drift is intended only for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.

10. 政策變更10. Changes to This Policy

我們可能會不時更新本政策。重大變更時，我們會透過應用程式或其他適當方式通知你。持續使用 drift 即表示你接受更新後的政策。

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via the app or other appropriate means. Continued use of drift constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
